Casting tests in handmade paper, pressed and dried on seams to take impressions of old clothes. I love the left-behind whispers of a body in the impressions of the fabric on the paper. The pulp is made from old rags or recycled paper, also carrying its own memories. I have pulp painted and stenciled patterns inspired by dreams.
The creases reminded me of blanket marks on a face after naps.
